因?yàn)镻=wT (w:角速度, T:轉(zhuǎn)矩). 因?yàn)镻不變, w增加了, 所以轉(zhuǎn)矩會(huì)相應(yīng)減小。
我們還可以再換一個(gè)角度來(lái)看:
電機(jī)的定子電壓U = E I*R (I為電流, R為電子電阻, E為感應(yīng)電勢(shì))
可以看出, U,I不變時(shí), E也不變.
而E = k*f*X, (k:常數(shù), f: 頻率, X:磁通), 所以當(dāng)f由50-->60Hz時(shí), X會(huì)相應(yīng)減小 對(duì)于電機(jī)來(lái)說(shuō), T=K*I*X, (K:常數(shù), I:電流, X:磁通), 因此轉(zhuǎn)矩T會(huì)跟著磁通X減小而減小.
同時(shí), 小于50Hz時(shí), 由于I*R很小, 所以U/f=E/f不變時(shí), 磁通(X)為常數(shù). 轉(zhuǎn)矩T和電流成正比. 這也就是為通常用科比變頻器的過(guò)流能力來(lái)描述其過(guò)載(轉(zhuǎn)矩)能力. 并稱為恒轉(zhuǎn)矩調(diào)速(額定電流不變-->較大轉(zhuǎn)矩不變)
結(jié)論: 當(dāng)變頻器輸出頻率從50Hz以上增加時(shí), 電機(jī)的輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩會(huì)減小.
