RD-12/22-100A型是由兩個轉盤二次完成紙杯成型，采用開放式間歇分度機構、齒輪傳動、縱軸結構，從而合理分布各個功能總成。整機采用加油潤滑的方式，減低了機器零件的磨損；杯壁先采用瑞士Lister加熱以確保粘合穩(wěn)定、杯底粘合采用瑞士Lister加熱器；二次卷邊，道旋轉卷邊，第二道加熱定型，使紙杯成型強度提高，卷口美觀，尺寸穩(wěn)定。制杯過程PLC控制，采用光電眼全程故障監(jiān)控，伺服供料，從而提高設備性能，達到快速平穩(wěn)運行，實現(xiàn)了故障自動停機，的降低了工人勞動強度，提高了設備的安全穩(wěn)定性。通過簡化制杯工藝流程，送紙、粘合、送底、上杯、加熱、卷底、滾花、卷口、卸杯、檢測、自動計數(shù)收杯于一體，是制作紙杯的較優(yōu)選擇。
