1. Material
Door Skin
-------Hot dipped galvanized panels with double coated polyester
-------24gauge(0.6mm), 25gauge(0.55mm) or 26gauge(0.5mm)
------1. Primer: Epoxy resin, Finish: Polyester paint.
2. Not warp, crack or split like wood doors.
3. Both steel faces are hot dipped galvanized for resistance to rust & corrosion.
-------Factory primed semi gloss white Standard. 14 colors Vinyl coatings available.
Door Core
------ Polystyrene Foam Insulated
-------Fully polystyrene foam board is glued between the two steel facings to fill every air space and permanently bonded to provide outstanding insulation and stability.
-------CFC-free polyurethane foam injected core optional

----1.2"thick stiles and rails
--- After drying and epidemic prevention treatment, the moisture index is less than 12%, provide structural strength.

------Pre-hung Door unit optional, pine wood frame in 4 9/16*1 or 1/4*79 with weather stripping and sill, sweep.
-------Steel Frame available. It is in knock down packing without any welding, we provide fully installation components and tools.
