HT1000/1300型自動調(diào)心離心干燥機(jī)主要是用于將清洗后的零件進(jìn)行快速干燥，該機(jī)采用PLC電路和變頻器程序控制，通過空氣過濾裝置將潔凈的空氣送入工作箱以提高干燥效率。當(dāng)兩邊工作欄的工作重量不同（允許0.8kg以內(nèi)）時(shí)，機(jī)床通過自動平衡裝置自動調(diào)整平衡，實(shí)現(xiàn)安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。與傳統(tǒng)干燥工藝比較，可以節(jié)省無水乙醇和丙酮等溶劑的使用，節(jié)省成本、保護(hù)環(huán)境。

HT1000/1300 Self-aligning centrifugal dryer is mainly used for the quick drying of washed parts.This dryer adopts PLC circuit and frequency converter programmed control,and sends clean air into working box by air filtration device,to improve drying efficiency.In case of different weights(maximum 0.8kg permissible) of working baskets on both sides,the machine automatically adjusts the balance through sdlf-balancing device,to achieve safe operation, which saves solvents including absolute ethyl alcohol and acetone,saves costs and protects the environment in comparison to traditional drying process.
