一、原理：模擬人的動作,先將蓋子掀起超過平面90度后釋放，然后將蓋子輕輕反推過平面 90?，使蓋子自由落下,如此反復動作,它通過電子SENSOR感測試件損壞及實際試驗次數(shù),并通過電子數(shù)字計數(shù)器記錄實際試驗次數(shù),一旦試件毀壞或試件到達設定次數(shù)，自動停機。

二、功能：測試馬桶蓋、緩沖墊、螺絲等部件的壽命，可設定每分鐘的動作次數(shù)及總的測試次數(shù)，試件損壞后或達到預設定的次數(shù)自動停機。
