設(shè)備功能及特點(diǎn):
本機(jī)是把分切好的盤紙經(jīng)印刷、壓花而自動(dòng)折疊成正方形或長(zhǎng)方形的餐巾紙。可配備1-4色水墨印刷系統(tǒng)印刷各種精美的圖案、商標(biāo)，具有印花清晰鮮艷、套印準(zhǔn)確、高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是加工餐巾紙的設(shè)備。
按照歐洲ce標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)，通過ce認(rèn)證，電氣件有ce或ul認(rèn)證，配有急停安全裝置
大部分零件均由數(shù)控機(jī)床精密加工而成，主要機(jī)械部件采用cnc加工；主要外購件采用品牌產(chǎn)品。
彩印部份采用柔版印刷，圖案可根據(jù)需要靈活更換，采用彩印,網(wǎng)紋串墨輥。
無級(jí)調(diào)速放卷，整機(jī)同步運(yùn)行，生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)，可設(shè)定自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)分層輸出，方便包裝。
壓花底輥采用毛布輥、羊毛輥、膠輥(可選其中一種)。壓花配備加熱系統(tǒng)，花紋鮮明。

Stepless speed adjustment for unwinding roll, whole machine run synchronously, production automatic counting, can set automatic counting delamination output.convenlent for packing.
Bottom embossing roller adopt Felt Roller, Wool Roller, Rubber Roller(can 1 kind among them). Embossing is equipped with heating system, pattern is bright.
